  • Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery Transit Time: Once processed, your order will be shipped securely to your doorstep. Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to arrive.

Please note: Total delivery time (processing + transit) generally falls within the 14-business-day window, though remote areas or high-demand seasons may occasionally face minor carrier delays.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email our support team at support@paradigmfootwear.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the delivery address once a package has been dispatched.

If your tracking link shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please reach out to our support team immediately so we can assist you in filing a carrier claim and getting your gear replaced.
